Following pre-assessment, all patients will be graded as either ASA1, 2 or 3.

ASA1 ( fit & healthy with no significant medical problems), ASA2 (with medical history but all well-controlled includes smoking, BMI >30), ASA3 ( significant medical problems and or multiple medical problems)  please note the majority of patients are ASA2.

Thank you for completing this form please note some patients (ASA3) may be asked for further information before health clearance for the scheduled Regenerative clinic treatment – you will be advised by the team if further information is required E.g Blood tests in last 12 months, Information from any clinical specialists, latest ECG and ECHOcardiogram.
