Your test result/Fit to Fly certificate will be issued via email, please check your spam/junk and if not received please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

How can I get a next day Covid-19 PCR test and results?
We are a testing centre in Central London offering same and next day Covid-19 PCR test results. We have an in-house laboratory testing facility that is CQC compliant.
We control the whole client pathway from swab to result preventing delays that can come with swab transportation from testing clinic to laboratory. We have two in-house PCR analysis machines with a team of technicians working around the clock. One machine is dedicated to same day results, providing the test is completed/delivered before 4pm, which means we can guarantee a next day result for our clients.
When should I consider a next day Covid-19 PCR test and result?
A next day Covid-19 test result offers the much need reassurance or quickly confirms a suspected case. Covid-19 testing for the purposes of fit to travel or return to work are not currently available on the NHS. Additionally, if you are eligible for a test on the NHS you could be waiting up to 5 days for your result.
Unfortunately, the NHS are only managing to achieve 15% of tests with same day results. This compares to 99.8% of same day test results at our in-house laboratory facility.
Why is it difficult to get a next day result Covid-19 PCR test?
Covid-19 PCR swabs need to be analysed in a specialised laboratory. Other testing clinics require group transportation of swabs samples (usually once a day) to a chosen laboratory that has a slot free. However, at the Regenerative Lab we have an in-house laboratory facility and PCR analysis machine. This provides the most proficient service for our clients as it is directly swab to lab ensuring we know where your swab is at all times and allowing a extremely fast turnaround of results.
Are you required to prove negative Covid-19 PCR test result for travel or return to work?
If you are hoping to travel abroad, you should check the latest government guidelines for updates on the country you are visiting. Many destinations require proof of a recent Covid-19 test in the form of a travel certificate. If you are unable to provide this it means, you may not be permitted to enter the country.
Alternatively, if you are looking to return to work some employers may ask for a recent Covid-19 test. Testing in the workplace can help protect business continuity can provide confidence to employees.

When can I not get a next day Covid-19 PCR test result?
If any of the below statements are true you will not be permitted to visit our clinics.
- You have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days.
- You have travelled outside the UK in the last 14 days.
- You have experienced any symptoms of Covid-19 in last 14 days.
- You have knowingly had contact with someone with Covid-19 within the last 14 days.
However, as part of our home test kit package, for those in London, we can provide a visit from a healthcare professional to conduct your swab at home and deliver it back to the laboratory.
Can I get a Covid-19 PCR test at home test kit with next day results?
We are currently unable to offer any home testing kits.
Have you purchased a Covid-19 PCR test from a local pharmacy?
In our testing clinic we have a team of healthcare professionals to conduct the swab testing, however, we understand you may have collected a test kit from elsewhere. We have an in-house laboratory facility available and are happy to take your completed test for analysis. Having this in-house facility means we can turn around your result quickly and efficiently.

If you are travelling from England to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific we can provide your Covid-19 PCR test and Fit to Fly certificate. However, due to different guidelines, if you are travelling on British Airways we are currently unable to provide your test and certificate.
Do you require a Covid-19 test for travel to Jersey?
