Are you affected by changes to recent travel restrictions?

If your plans and therefore the test you have ordered has been impacted by an unexpected change in travel rules (either on the UK side, or your destination country), please don’t worry.  We allow rescheduling of your appointment free of charge. You will receive your unique booking reference for your Passenger Locator Form by text message and by email up to 2 hours after you have booked your test.

Express Tests: Results in 4 hours 

Same Day Tests: Results before midnight

Next Day Tests: Results in 24-36 hours (24-48 in Brighton)

Rapid Antigen Tests: Results in 4 hours 

When you need to take your departure test and what test you need to take depends entirely on where you are travelling and that destinations current guidelines. Because Covid-19 requirements are rapidly changing, we recommend visiting the government website before booking.

Yes, all departure tests include a Fit to Fly certificate. Our PCR test includes a results certificate that counts as a fit to fly. It is signed by our medical director and clearly states the type of test conducted, the results reported and clear clinical comment.

Your certificate will need to state the address where the samples were collected.

We can provide testing for minors, aged 16 and below if required, we do however ask that a parent or guardian is present. 

Please note, that our clinics can refuse to perform tests on minors or those under the age of 16 and without a parent or guardian present.

Tests where a parent or guardian is not present, may be performed at the clinic’s discretion, however we will allow a single reschedule for an appointment where a parent or guardian over the age of 18 is requested by the clinic. Appointments are non-refundable where an appointment reschedule is refused. We do reserve the right to ask for photographic ID to satisfy our testing requirements.
