Arriving into the UK
- Lateral flow tests are no longer required for eligible fully vaccinated travellers and over 5s, but you can still test yourself for peace of mind.
- PCR tests are still required if you do not meet the vaccinated or age status regulations.
- If you do not qualify as fully vaccinated for travel to England, you must take a COVID-19 test before you travel to England from abroad.

LATEST NEWS
- As of March 18th 2022, travellers WILL NOT need to take a test before entering the UK or an arrivals test once they have arrived. You also DO NOT have to fill in a Passenger Locator Form
- For our same day service, the in-clinic cut-off time varies between clinics so please check the location page. If you’re trying to book a same day test after this cut-off time, we may be able to accommodate, please call to discuss.
Do you require a Covid-19 test for travel to Hong Kong?
If you are travelling from England to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific we can provide your Covid-19 PCR test and Fit to Fly certificate. However, due to different guidelines, if you are travelling on British Airways we are currently unable to provide your test and certificate.
Covid-19 PCR Test (In Clinic)
This requires taking a swab from the nose and throat and then analysing the specimen in the lab using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It tests your current infection status and a negative test result is sometimes required for travel overseas and return to work. The swabs are analysed at our lab and if with us before 7pm the results can be provided the same day with an extra charge. Otherwise, results typically provided within 24-36 hours.
